2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Portal, you must:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised posting on the name of your organisation

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs. PurposeHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate job posting or application that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Terms for Candidates

As a Candidate, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and job applications
• Use the Portal solely to seek legitimate employment opportunities
• Not apply for roles you are manifestly unqualified for with the intent to spam employers
• Respect the confidentiality of any information shared with you by employers during a hiring process

PurposeHire does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes.

4. Terms for Employers

As an Employer, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, lawful job vacancies
• Use candidate data only for evaluating candidates
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Not engage in misleading hiring practices

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or fraudulent content
• Impersonating any person or company
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Using the Portal for spam or phishing
• Attempting unauthorised access to systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Portal, including design, logos, trademarks, and original content, are owned by or licensed to PurposeHire.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• All fees are in INR unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
