About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in civil engineering or agriculture project environments. The candidate will support project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate daily activities with site teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.
Support procurement processes by preparing material lists and tracking deliveries.
2. Site Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.
Conduct site visits as required to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance.
Ensure timely completion of milestones as per project timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
3. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure work aligns with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Support the QA/QC team with inspections and documentation.
Assist with resolving on-site issues and coordinating corrective actions.
4. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist in organizing review meetings and preparing minutes of meetings (MoM).
Maintain clear communication channels and follow up on pending tasks.
5. Administrative & Documentation Support
Maintain project budgets, billing support documents, and expense records.
Prepare work orders, GRNs, contractor measurements, and related documents.
Ensure timely submission of project documents and compliance reports.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of construction/agriculture project workflows.
Understanding of drawings, BOQs, site execution, and material management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools/software is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Agriculture / Agri Engineering.
