Officer (Skill Education – CM SHRI Schools)

About the Role

The Officer will support the implementation of skill education and Foreign Language programs across CM SHRI Schools in Delhi as part of Lend A Hand India’s Project Management Unit (PMU). The role involves working closely with school leadership, teachers, government officials, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program execution, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.

This execution-focused role offers an opportunity to contribute to school-based skill education in alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF 2024, while supporting teacher engagement, student exposure activities, skill lab implementation, and government-led education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of skill education and Foreign Language programs across CM SHRI schools.
• Coordinate with Heads of Schools, teacher coordinators, school teams, and government stakeholders for program activities.
• Support school orientations, teacher trainings, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and student exposure activities.
• Conduct regular school visits to monitor implementation and follow up on action points.
• Support employer onboarding and facilitate internship opportunities for students.
• Support the establishment and operationalization of Multi Skill Labs, including infrastructure readiness and equipment deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and schools for equipment delivery and installation.
• Maintain school-wise trackers for lab readiness, trainings, student participation, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Support data collection and monitoring through Google Forms, Excel/Google Sheets, trackers, and dashboards.
• Validate school-level data and follow up with stakeholders for corrections or completion.
• Assist in preparing program reports, dashboards, review presentations, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
• Conduct research on skill education models, vocational training practices, and student pathways to support program improvement.
• Identify implementation gaps and document best practices, learnings, and recommendations.

Must have skills and competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management tools.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with school leaders, teachers, vendors, and government officials.
• Understanding of classroom teaching-learning practices and school education systems.
• Strong documentation, reporting, data analysis, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, track action points, and ensure completion of tasks.
• Comfortable with field visits and resolving operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in education, skilling, government liaison, teaching, or program implementation.
• Prior classroom teaching or teacher training experience will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with school education systems, skill education initiatives, or government partnerships is preferred.
