CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) – Trainer

About the Role

The CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) Trainer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions to prepare students for campus recruitment. The role will focus on communication, group discussions, mock interviews, quantitative aptitude, and soft skills, while assessing student capabilities, providing constructive feedback, and tracking individual progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions focusing on communication, group discussions, mock interviews, quantitative aptitude, and soft skills.
• Assess individual student capabilities and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Closely track student progression metrics and monitor learning outcomes.
• Design and upgrade tailored curriculum, training modules, and evaluation materials to meet current market demands.

Requirements & Skills

• Exceptional command over verbal communication in English and the regional language Marathi.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and respond effectively to student needs.
• Strong interactive public speaking and training capabilities.

Qualification

• Post Graduate / Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or any other relevant technical field.
