The BCBF Trainer (Banking Facilitator) will be responsible for training youth on banking fundamentals, financial literacy, digital transactions, customer handling, and key concepts related to the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role will also support trainees in developing career readiness and workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
Train youth on banking fundamentals, financial literacy, digital transactions, and customer handling.
Deliver engaging sessions to enhance employability in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Support trainees in career readiness including interview preparation and workplace skills.
Must have skills and competencies
Provide training on General Insurance products, including health, motor, life, property, and personal accident insurance.
Conduct practical sessions on banking operations such as account opening, KYC compliance, loan products, and payment systems.
Track trainee progress and maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
Deliver engaging training sessions on Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) concepts, products, and industry practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Banking or related fields.
