Field Social Worker

Position Overview

The Field Social Worker will conduct home and site visits, assess clients’ needs, advocate for access to services, manage cases, respond to crises, maintain documentation, and coordinate with community organizations and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment

• Conduct home or site visits to evaluate women’s living situations.
• Identify clients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.

Support & Advocacy

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services.
• Help clients navigate social services, healthcare, housing, and legal systems.

Case Management

• Develop and implement service plans.
• Monitor client progress and update care plans as needed.
• Coordinate services across agencies, including schools, clinics, and legal aid.

Crisis Intervention

• Respond to emergencies such as domestic violence, child neglect, or homelessness.
• Provide immediate support and refer clients to appropriate services.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and services provided.
• Prepare reports for supervisors, courts, or funding agencies.

Community Outreach

• Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Educate the public about available resources and support programs.

Counseling & Emotional Support

• Offer counseling or refer clients to mental health professionals.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and decision-making skills.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track outcomes to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
• Adjust strategies based on feedback and changing needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to field visits.

Role Details

• Work Mode: In-office.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• Shift Timing: Standard Shift.
• Tax deducted from CTC: If applicable.
