Marketing Coordinator (Food Sector)

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and growing the cloud kitchen for needy women trained in catering through the organisation. The role will focus on promoting products made by women across online and offline platforms, generating retail, corporate, institutional and bulk order opportunities, managing branding and packaging, and supporting timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and grow the cloud kitchen for needy women trained in catering through the organisation.
• Promote products made by women across online and offline platforms.
• Generate retail, corporate, institutional, and bulk order opportunities.
• Plan and manage branding of products.
• Plan and manage product packaging.
• Track marketing activities and outcomes.
• Guide women for timely delivery of products.
• Support women in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the food sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
• Experience in brand building, packaging, and product promotion.
• Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Passion for supporting needy women entrepreneurs in the food sector.
• Resourceful approach to work.
