Assistant Manager: Resource Mobilisation & Donor Management

About the Role

The Assistant Manager: Resource Mobilisation & Donor Management will engage with Corporates, Grant Giving Organisations and HNIs to mobilise resources for the organisation's projects, manage donor relationships and support the development of meaningful corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Corporates, Grant Giving Organisations & HNIs to mobilise resources for the organisation's projects.
• Manage the relationship with donors and work towards expanding engagement.
• Curate the reporting of utilisation of resources, donor visits and engagement.
• Support with building relationships with Corporates for Employees to volunteer.
• Assist with connecting with Corporate organisations to organise exposure visits for Lighthouse Mentees and develop avenues for scholarship, internships and potential recruitment opportunities for Mentees.

Candidate Requirement

• Passionate about working in the Social Sector with Volunteers, Under resourced youth & Communities.
• Experience in resource mobilisation, funding campaigns and developing corporate relationships.
• Experience in planning & organising social events.
• Natural flair to build relationships & confident in communicating with people.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiatives.
• Excellent Communication skills – oral and written.
• Good critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Graduate/Post graduate in any stream or related to Sales, Marketing, Management, CSR, Fundraising.
