Finance & Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with statutory compliance, taxation, HR management and payroll administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing, PF/ESIC compliance, Tally, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
• Handle General Ledger (GL) and ensure proper recording and reconciliation of transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance with applicable GST requirements.
• Handle TDS calculations, returns and related compliance activities.
• Manage PF/ESIC-related compliance and filings.
• Handle HR management and payroll administration, including maintaining employee records and ensuring timely payroll processing.
• Maintain supporting documents and records for statutory and financial compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors and external consultants wherever required.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting, payroll and statutory compliance activities.

Key Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS filing is essential.
• Practical experience in PF/ESIC compliance.
• Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally ERP.
• Experience in GL, AP/AR and Bank Reconciliation.
• Experience in HR management and payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have independently handled end-to-end accounting along with GST, TDS, PF/ESIC compliance, HR management and payroll administration will be preferred.
