To be responsible for overall management of multi-program of MAHAD project including liaison with key stakeholders, Government officials and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for project planning, implementing, Monitoring & Evaluation.
To liaison with the key stakeholders, funding partner, Panchayat, Government authorities & bank authorities.
Convergence with government schemes.
Responsible for full utilization of funding and implementing all the activities, as per project plan.
Responsible for overall administrative management, Team Management & Procurement.
To provide leadership, communication & collaboration among the team.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports required by partners within a timeline.
Must have skills and competencies
Strong expertise & understanding of Watershed Management / Agricultural field and overall project management.
Ability to manage multi-tasks, prioritize work, and meet timelines.
