Job Description
HEH FOUNDATION is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Executives to conduct face-to-face fundraising campaigns and engage with potential donors. The role involves representing the Foundation, explaining its projects and impact, securing donations, maintaining professionalism, and achieving daily fundraising targets while contributing to meaningful social change.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Engagement: Interact with potential donors through face-to-face fundraising campaigns and effectively communicate the Foundation's mission and initiatives.
Fundraising: Secure donations while achieving daily and monthly fundraising targets with professionalism and integrity.
Organization Representation: Represent HEH FOUNDATION positively in public while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Relationship Building: Build trust with prospective donors by addressing their questions and sharing the impact of the Foundation's work.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities while following organizational guidelines.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 10+2/PUC qualification. Graduate candidates are preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with people.
Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about social service.
Work Mode: Willingness to work in the field and travel locally within Bengaluru.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
