Job Description

RSKC is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work closely with the leadership team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects across fundraising, partnerships, events, and organizational programs. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, solving complex challenges, and delivering high-impact projects that contribute to social change.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Implementation: Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of projects while preparing timelines, trackers, documentation, and coordinating internal teams, volunteers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Fundraising & Partnerships: Identify CSR partners, foundations, philanthropists, and funding opportunities while supporting sponsorship outreach, lead generation, partner research, and relationship management.
• Proposal & Report Writing: Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship proposals, concept notes, partnership presentations, donor reports, impact reports, and case studies.
• Events & Operations: Coordinate conferences, campaigns, accessible travel initiatives, community events, volunteer engagement, logistics, and post-event reporting.
• Administration & Coordination: Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, prepare meeting minutes, manage budgets and trackers, and provide administrative support to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. Capability, ownership, and execution are valued over academic specialization.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in project management, fundraising, operations, CSR, partnerships, business development, events, or program implementation. Exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Experience in project planning, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, proposal writing, report writing, event management, and business development.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, relationship management, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, multitasking, and ownership mindset.
• Personal Qualities: Self-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and passionate about creating meaningful social impact.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within Delhi and across India based on project requirements.
