Role Description

Join Zoop+ Charge as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in expanding our EV charging infrastructure network and partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, onboarding charging station locations, and driving sales of EV charging solutions.

You will work closely with infrastructure partners, commercial property owners, fleet operators, and corporate clients to expand the Zoop+ Charge network. This role requires strong relationship management, B2B sales, and business development capabilities in a fast-growing EV ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging station deployment.
• Approach commercial property owners, malls, hotels, offices, and highway locations for charging station partnerships.
• Develop partnerships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and EV ecosystem stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end business development cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct site feasibility discussions in coordination with internal technical teams.
• Prepare service proposals, lead commercial discussions, and close partnership agreements.
• Track leads, conversions, and the strategic partnership pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for the deployment and onboarding of new charging locations.
• Represent Zoop+ Charge in key meetings, professional events, and EV ecosystem discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Infrastructure/Technology Sales.
• Prior experience in the EV sector, clean energy, infrastructure networks, real estate partnerships, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Mandatory: Candidates must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) for local field travel and daily business development activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and high-touch relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle corporate B2B sales and partner meetings.
• A foundational understanding of the EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure setups, or the mobility sector is a major advantage.
