Job Description

In the landscape of social change, forging robust institutional partnerships is pivotal. As a vital member of our Business Development team, you will serve as the core anchor connecting Forward Impact with NGOs, corporations, government bodies, and social enterprise institutions. Your role will blend strategic, analytical thinking with proactive relationship-building to establish and nurture high-impact collaborative endeavors that magnify our real-world reach and resonance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and deploy an institutional alliance strategy to scale revenue pipelines through B2B partner acquisitions (both corporates and established NGOs). Build deep pathways with corporate CSR heads and philanthropic leaders to drive partner satisfaction.
• Prospecting & Conversion: Conceptualize multi-channel inbound and outbound lead generation frameworks to add verified institutional prospects to the CRM system. Execute targeted, research-backed outreach to optimize the conversion pipeline from initial touchpoint to qualified lead.
• Proposal Development & Reporting: Prepare data-driven, client-focused service proposals aligned closely with donor objectives. Monitor and evaluate pipeline KPIs and partner satisfaction scores to synthesize diagnostic performance reports for internal management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Design and run an ongoing stakeholder communication cadence. Participate actively in relevant sector conferences, networking forums, and ecosystem roundtables to broaden institutional footprints and anchor multi-stakeholder deals.
• Marketing & Visibility Support: Utilize digital marketing setups and targeted offline collateral to maximize agency visibility. Collaborate closely with the internal communications team to deploy upselling, retention, and brand awareness programs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, or a closely related field. An MBA or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) / Development Studies is highly preferred.
• Experience: Hands-on professional background in corporate B2B partnerships, institutional sales, or high-touch relationship management.
• Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, pitch delivery, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Technical Competency: Strong operational proficiency across the MS Office Suite, modern CRM infrastructures, and corporate storytelling tools.
• Travel: Explicit willingness to travel locally and regionally for face-to-face partner alignments and sales presentations.
