A renowned NGO is looking for a senior professional to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of all ongoing and upcoming social impact programs, while strengthening internal systems and team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and oversight of multiple social impact programs.
Program planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Coordinating with government bodies, corporates, hospitals, educational institutions, and other implementation partners.
Ensuring compliance with project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Strengthening internal systems, processes, and documentation related to program implementation.
Mentoring and guiding program teams, field staff, and coordinators.
Supporting the design and scale-up of new programs and pilots.
Representing the organisation in review meetings, coordination meetings, and external forums related to program implementation.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in the NGO / CSR / development sector.
Strong experience and understanding of the CSR ecosystem, with demonstrated ability to manage and implement multi-location and/or multi-sector programmes.
Proven leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good understanding of program monitoring frameworks, reporting, and impact measurement.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.
