Job description

We are looking for a Manager – Marketing & Communications with minimum 3 years of experience to manage and implement communication strategies. The role will involve content creation, social media management, media relations, and ensuring consistent branding across our centers and events. Experience with design software or the ability to create basic designs is a plus. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Brand & Communications Strategy
      • Ensure consistent branding across centers and events, including tournaments, maintaining a unified identity.
      • Assist in executing the marketing and communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the NGO’s objectives.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that highlights the organization’s work.
    • Content Creation & Management
      • Develop and edit content such as reports, presentations (PPTs), newsletters, blogs, social media posts, press releases, and videos.
      • Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s tone, mission, and values.
      • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication across platforms.
    • Social Media & Digital Strategy
      • Oversee the NGO’s social media presence, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
      • Track, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to improve engagement across key platforms.
    • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
      • Coordinate with external vendors such as graphic designers, video production teams, and digital marketing agencies.
      • Ensure communication materials are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Must have skills and competencies :

  •   Strong writing and communication skills with experience in producing various types of content.
  •   Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
  •   Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  •  Attention to detail with a creative approach.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Requirements

Experience: minimum 3 years in a marketing and communications role, preferably but not mandatorily within an NGO/ sports or similar organization.
